Real Estate Fun
Creating home tour videos for real estate has always been one of my favorite projects to work on. There's something uniquely rewarding about capturing the character and charm of a space, helping potential buyers envision their future in a new home. Each video tells a story—not just about the design and layout but about lifestyle and possibility.
This year, though, I haven’t had many opportunities to dive into home tours. In fact, the video I recently completed was only the third one I’ve done so far in 2025. While I’ve been busy with other types of video production, I really miss the challenge and creativity that come with showcasing a home. Every project is different, and each one pushes me to think critically about how to highlight the best features through pacing, lighting, and angles. And for this one, I always love working with the wonderful John White.
There's a special satisfaction in seeing the final cut come together—transitions that flow naturally, music that sets the perfect tone, and voiceovers that connect viewers with the space on a personal level. Home tours are more than just videos; they’re an invitation for someone to imagine themselves living in a new environment.
I’m looking forward to more opportunities to create these kinds of videos again soon. Until then, I’ll keep sharpening my skills and staying inspired by the stories homes have to offer.
